Shipments, packaging and returns

YOUR PACK SHIPMENT

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment (Via PayPal or Moneybookers) and are shipped via our slovenian carrier Pošta Slovenijewith priority and delivery receipt and you will have to confirm that you receive the items when they are delivered to you. 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping cost for the EU countries (Slovenia is exception - the shipping is free), countries in Europe, Africa, Oceania, Asia and US are the same for all countries.

The shipping costs for all countries mentioned above are 9,25 EUR (for a single or many items).

All shipping is with delivery confirmation

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

 

PACKAGING

All unique handmade gifts from Unikatnica are packaged so that they can not get damaged during shipping, if handled properly.

Unique Jewerly is packaged in a special cardboardpackaging, designed especially for jewelry, which is already "present ready" and put into another cardboardpackaging, prepared for shipping.

 

IMPORTANT! CUSTOMS FEE (duty)


When purchasing the products from my e-store Unikatnica.com you should also know that your country may also charge you a customs fee (duty) on the item, which I have no control over, sincer it depends on the country/location the package is shipped to and on the value, shipping and  postage of the purchased products.

 

RETURNS - refunds 

 

PLEASE contact me ASAP at info@unikatnica.com, if you are unsatisfied in any way and I will do my best to work out something we can both agree upon that is fair.



IMPORTANT!
If you are dissatisfied with a purchased item because:

- the item was damaged when it arrived to you

- the item was not in the size as described at Unikatnica www.unikatnica.com when you ordered it

- the item was not in the same colour or shape as described at Unikatnica www.unikatnica.com when you ordered it

 

you must immediately follow these steps:

 

- inform me about that (you have one week after the product, you purchased at Unikatnica www.unikatnica.com, was delivered to you) by:

 

1. inform me about that immediately after receiving the pruchased product, that is when the purchased product is delivered to you, by sending me an e-mail at info@unikatnica.com and describing me as thoroughly as possible what is wrong with the product and what is the reason for your dissatisfacition with it - please, if possible, send me a photo (only .jpg and .gif formats are accepted) of that product.

2. wait for my answer which you will receive by e-mail to you e-amil address you used when registering at Unikatnica. Please, do not send me back your purchased item before we both do agree to do so.

3. When I receive your e-mail and photos of the product and your description of the problem I will try to respond to it as soon as possible.

4. Since I will always send you a non-damaged and whole product, that means that if the product was damaged during transportation by your local carrier, that is the issue between you and your local carrier - in that case I will not refund you any money for that item or the purchased item.

5. If the product was damaged by you when opening the package or by you when

- wearing it or

- by handling with it inappropriate (washing or claning it with liquids and materials that are not suitable to use for the products from Unikatnica),

I will not refund you any money for that item or the purcased item.

6. If, when seeing your photos of the product from an e-mail and reading your description of the damage, or seeing that the product, you were sent, trully differs from the one you ordered (the colour, shape, size) and that the mistake was on my side, I will try to:

- send you another product, which will meet the standards of te product, described at Unikatnica www.unikatnica.com at the time it was purchased, by my shipping costs. In that case you will have no additional costs.

- try to make you another one, similar to one you purchased. In that case you will have no additional costs, because I will pay the shipping costs.

 

7. If I will not be able to send or make you another, similar or the same product you ordered (because of the fact someone else have already purchased that item at that time) I will try to make an agreement with you:

- to send you a different, but similar product (by my shipping costs)

- to refund you the money you payed for the product, shipped to you, and also the shipping costs.

 

8. IMPORTANT! If we both agree that I refund you the money for the purchased product and the shipping costs, then the purchased item(s) must be:

- returned (postmarked) within one week

- the item MUST be in the same condition it was received-not worn and in the same cardboardpackaging (which was inside the envelope or. another cardboardpackaking) as when you received it

Only under these circumstances will a return be accepted for CREDIT ONLY.
